On 22/02/2012, HCMC People's Committee issued Decision established An Ha Industrial Zone with area of 123.51 hectares in Pham Van Hai Commune, Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City. Nhut Thanh Production – Trade - Construction – Consultantcy Joint Stock Company (Nhut Thanh Company) is investor. According to the Decision was issued, An Ha Industrial Zone is completed the construction of infrastructure projects in December 2012 by Nhut Thanh Company. An Ha Industrial Zone is located on the northern western of Ho Chi Minh City with convenient transportation, such as: From An Ha Industrial Zone to: Tan Son Nhat international airport: 23km; Centre of HCM City: 23 km; Cat Lai & Hiep Phuoc container port: 46 km and educated, training, plentiful labor source from university, college & job training colleges of HCMC & the nearby. An Ha Industrial Zone have concentrated waste water treatment plant with capacity of 5,000 m3/day, wastewater treatment achieving column A QCVN 40:2011 / BTNMT.
