The Decision No 8278/QĐ-UBND dated December 31, 2009 of Binh Chanh Dist People’s Committee approved Detail Plan with ratio 1/500 about AN HA Residential Area, content as follows:

1. Scale: Total area: 27,0455 ha

2. AN HA Residential Area adjacent to:

• The North of AN HA Residential Area adjacent to the canal No 4.
• The South of AN HA Residential Area adjacent to the high- voltage corridor.
• The West of AN HA Residential Area adjacent to AN HA I.Z.
• The East of AN HA Residential Area adjacent to the existing residential area.

3. Establish AN HA Residential Area for purposes:

• Establish building for workers of AN HA I.Z;
• Establish kindergarten, kid care for workers of AN HA I.Z and the local resident;
• Establish commercial centre for the business of the enterprises, the workers, the local resident;
• Medical centre;
• Houses aim to serve the house demands of the workers, the experts, the scientist, the enterprises and the local resident;
• Establish the parks, the entertainment area, the sport area, the culture area that serve for the workers & the local resident;
• Establish the traffic, electricity, water supply, water discharge, communication system that aim to create Residential Area with the better living environment, to enhance material & spiritual life of people.
