ELECTRICAL PRICES

Electrical prices: Current electrical prices are based on Circular No 05/2011/TT-BCT of Ministry of Industry & Trade of Viet Nam dated Feb 25th, 2011, applied from Mar 01st, 2011.

• • Peak hours : 1.999 VNĐ/Kwh.
• • Normal hours : 1.093 VNĐ/Kwh.
• • Off – peak hours: 683 VNĐ/Kwh

Legend:

Normal hours:

• Monday to Saturday: Fr 4:00am to 9:30am; Fr 11:30am to 5:00pm; Fr 8:00pm to 10:00pm.
• Sunday: Fr 4:00am to 10:00pm.

Peak hours:

• Monday to Saturday: Fr 9:30am to 11:30am; Fr 5:00am to 10:00pm.
• Sunday: Without peak hours

Off-peak hours:

• Everyday: Fr 10:00pm to 04:00am (next day).

Method of payment: Monthly.

FRESH WATER PRICE

• Current fresh water price: 0,5 USD/m3.
• Method of payment: Monthly

WASTE WATER TREATMENT PRICE

Current waste water treatment price: 0,325 USD/m3 (Exclude VAT 10%).

• Standard of waste water from the investors’ factory when discharge to waste water collection system of ANHA I.Z has to achieve column B according to QCVN 24:2009/BTNMT.
• Standard of waste water from AN HA waste water treatment factory when discharge to environment has to achieve column A according to QCVN 24:2009/BTNMT. Waste water volume calculation method: Output waste water volume = 80% Input fresh water volume.

Method of payment: Monthly.

INFRASTRUCTURE MAINTENANCE & USING PUBLIC UTILITIES FEES

• Current price: 0,05 USD/m2/month
• Calculation method: Base on total land subleasing area.
• Method of payment: Monthly.

OTHER FEES: TELEPHONE, FAX, INTERNET, WASTE

• Prices: Were charged by service supplying enterprises’ prices.
• Method of payment: Monthly.

• Electricity, fresh water prices may be changed if the government entity had adjusted prices.
• Waste water treatment price, infrastructure maintenance & using public utilities fees: Base on the land subleasing contract.
